Churches as Corporations

All the Churches below and many others are under the Corporation Queensland Government Seal and copyrighted © State of Queensland. When we the people of the 6 States applied for the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution it was by “the blessing of Almighty God,” that was the God of the Church of England. When you swear an Oath in Her Most Excellent Majesty’s Court “So help Me God” that too is to the God of the Church of England. This is another way of taking away the rights of the People and the People out of their Queensland’s “Constitution Act 1867” by putting us all under the Australian system of Government where they have removed Common and Cannon law therefore removing Church and State from the People and created their own Company.

An Act to change to “Anglican Church of Australia” the name of the Church of England in Australia

SCHEDULE 2 [s. 6]

The Church of England (Diocese of Brisbane) Property Act of 1889	Section 12 Omit the words “Church of England” and substitute the words “Anglican Church of Australia”.
The Church of England Act Section 19 of 1895	Omit the words “Church of England” and substitute the words “Anglican Church of Australia”.
The Church of England of 1895 Amendment Act of 1901	Section 1 – Omit the words “Church of England” where three times occurring and substitute in each case the words “Anglican Church of Australia”.
The Church of England in Australia Constitution Act of 1961	Section 1 – Omit the words “Church of England in” and substitute the words ”Anglican Church of Australia”
